Poor service and misbehave over phone - Fastway media cable network pvt ltd

Hi ,
This is against Fastway media cable network Pvt ltd. , we want to see Z family pack and the amount was giving to them but they are not providing this pack. Second is they are taking monthly 300 rs and they are not giving any gst bill while they are saying gst is included and taking extra money in the name of gst . Third the cable owner (8273933832) always misbehave once we ask about our complaint. Forth is they have charge 2000 rs for new setupbox but an old setupbox is given to us.
They are taking advantage of their monopoly.
