I recharged my videocon with rs. Of 400. In the begninng it was working fine I was able to watch all the channels as per my recharge but after 8-9 days it started to give me the error and I was trying to reach customer care via phone since 7-8 days but their line are busy. This is the completely pathetic and poor service of videcon which is completely unacceptable. Their customer care number is useless. Very much disappointment with videcon services
