Dish TV complaint All channels are not coming proper

Hi There,

I am facing issue with my dish TV channels.Some channels are coming and some channels are not coming from last 2 days.When I called customer care they are asking for money.Before two days every channels was coming but now some are not coming.For customer service they need to solve the issue.Either all channels should not come or all channels should come proper.
These guys are asking for money.
