Airtel Digital TV Fraud regarding the recharge done

Dear Sir/Madame

I had done a recharge of my Airtel Digital Tv on 24.05.2017 customer id:-3015868574 with the annual subscription of Rs.2850/- under VALUE PRIME KIDS pack and with Rs.4800/- for my other 2 HD connections with Rs. 200/- per month subscription for each.

Now,I came to know that my first connection was recharged with Rs.4800/- and my other 2 connections with Rs.2850/-.On contacting the customer care,I was informed that Rs.4800/- plan was under offer and was recharged first.So,the plan was activated without my acknowledgement and now,Airtel Digital company refuses to do any support and asks me to recharge for other 2 connections to further continue the service.

I felt cheated and furthermore,no help or support was done on the behalf of the company.I request you to consider my case and resolve the issue as soon as possible.I will be highly obliged to you.
