I have opted for yearly plan got a new connection in Aug 16 .
CONFIRMATION MESSAGE :
Cust id 180366866 recharged with Rs.3930,Balance Rs.4280.Subscribe d2h Darshan and watch bhajan mantras etc @Rs30PM. Give Miscall on 8010968363
But now it's not valid and my account is deactivate wants to recharge with more money .for this concern I have already filed a complaint on their customer support team . Please find the details.

Then still issue not resolved .again I had a word in customer care team in JAN 17 and they intimated me to close the case by 6th Jan 17. Buy unfortunately everything is same .anand they are deducting more amount by automatically activating additional services without any consent from me .
Service Request : 461420619 , 6 th Jan 2017 til 4pm . For Gold Maxi plan
Kindly look in to the matter . I feel like cheated in terms of services .
