    Dear Sir,
    We have purchased a DISH TV connection from the comparedth.com on 21st Aug 2018 at 10:22:04 am and they have installed the dish after several phone calls. Now they are not allowing activation and have cancelled my connection after they received payment. They are responding to any of my emails and enquiries and the telephone number they have provided for customer support is not even valid when we are calling. We feel cheated and unable to get any help or response from the comparedth.com people. We request through you, a proper action into this matter. The local DISH TV operators are unable to activate the connection since the comparedth people are not validating the connection. Thanks for your help in this regard.
