Hi sir

My customer ID of Videocon DTH is 1846088

I would like to inform you that Videcon DTH has wrongly charged for 3 connection though we were using only 2 connection.

This happen because Videcon's serviceman visited for service and replaced old seupbox on 29th March 2017.
After changing the old setupbox Videcon stared to charge for 3 connection though we have not taken any new connection.

We called customer care so many time to stop it and refund the wrongly charge money but no body worked on it.
I have dropped mail so many times but did not get any positive response from the Videcon.

Now I have requested them to stop all the connection and refund my wrongly charged money , But still not get any positive response from the company.

Please help me to resolve the issue
