Hello Sir,
I am Praveen Kumar customer with account no. 77872620 of Videocon D2H. I requested for Sport Add on (Channel No. 407) dated 22-4-2018.
As per Videocon rule locking period of 3 month has been completed at dated 22-7-2018. I requested to remove this Add on my account by calling customer care first time dated 23-7-2018 and second time 27-7-2018 (Talked by name Sushil), but saw this add-on is not removed my accounted my account and balance are deducted day-to-day.
Therefore I requesting you please help me this issue of Add-on remove request and do regal action.
