Regarding the change in the plan without prior notice and permission

Hi,

To whom so it may concern,

I have recently recharged my account with rs 750 and when check found out there where many channels which was stopped from your end, without prior notice and when I called the customer service there were two person one supervisor, name khusbu, I had a word with them and they said that the changes where made by the backend team, for which I was not informed before by any means, like email or call or message. Now when I asked to get my old package back that lady said it cannot be done and when I asked to send this details in written, she again declined.

I would like to have my old channels again back or I am going to take legal action for sure.
