Videocon - Receiving only few channels most of the time

I am complaining about receiving only few channels most of the time to the videocon d2h customer care but always they reply with same answer pay fees and this will fix but my neighbour who is also using same videocon services pay the fees but no resolution.

My question is if few channels are there and rest are not there so why should I pay for this services , I already paid 1for year so I stuck to there only.

As my onl parents are at home so it is irritating for them.

Very poor customer care services.Need my whole 1 year money back and government should punish Videocon D2H
