मैं videocon DTH का ग्राहक हूँ मेरे यंहा पिछले दिनों से सारे चेनल बंद आ रहे हैं किसका कारन लिखा आ रहा है "सिग्नल उपलब्ध नहीं है! जब मैंने कस्टमर केयर से बात की तो उन्होंने इस समस्या को हल करने के 200 रूपये मांगे जो की मुझे सही नहीं लग रहे अगर मैं इस सर्विस प्रोवाइडर का रेगुलर ग्राहक हूँ तो इन्हें एक बढ़िया सर्विस देना चाहए और अगर नहीं दे पा रहे तो उसका समाधान भी उन्हें करना चाहिए न की कस्टमर से कंपनी पालिसी के नाम पर अनावश्यक पैसे ले लेना चाहिए ..........क्योंकि मैं मासिक चार्ज दो देता ही हूँ सर्विस प्रोवाइडर को !
