Hello,

RF remote control of my Videocon D2H STB is unpair frequently. It is very irritating to watch TV to troubleshoot again and again to pair the same. I have complained for it and their visitor asked to change the remote and I have changed the remote but same issue with the new remote control also.
I need a permanent solution for this issue.

    I had using D2h from last 2 years but I have not takan any satisfaction service form you
    Also my RF Remote unpaired again and again which is very irritating to us we trying to reach to Customer care for resolving issues but not getting any possitive reply or satisfactory actions.and not forwarding my call to seniors. Your dealer said RF Remote has continus problems, My quotation is if problem showing in RF Remote than why you provide to Customers.
    So if my this issue not resolve in within 2 days wli will be disconnect connection and take another opretor connection like Airtel or dish tv.
