Mere dwara Videocon customer care PR phone karke star Ke Chanel ka recharge 49 rs. Ka karne ko bola gya .Jo ki mujhe superviser mr. Sachin Ke dawara bola gya ki WO esa koi recharge Nhi kr sakte hai aur unke pass esa recharge karne ki koi jankari bhi Nhi h. Jab ki esi jankari TV PR bar bar dikhayi ka rhi h fir bhi unke pass koi jankari Nhi h. Plz help me. Me kya karu. Me inki complaint karna chahta hu.
