Poor service by Tata sky

I had lodged a complain with tata sky for no signal on 12th May 2016 18:50 hrs work order # OSJJOOF. And even after calling multiple times since 12th May (every time they schedule a technician visit) and speaking to so called senior supervisor there is no call or technician to solve the problem till today. Funny part being every time I talk to some senior they put my problem as high priority and assure me someone will call me in two hours but in vain. Again I have been assured for the nth time that the technician will visit before tomorrow evening that is 15th May 2016. This displays that they really do not care for the customer since they have already enrolled for one year subscription. If they have shortage of staff or any other problem they should convey it to the customer so we know what to expect. Since last two days they are just giving false promises of sending a technician
