Dear Sir/Madam,

15th feb 2016 create signal problem in my BIG TV so i called Big TV customer care & i told about my signal problem, after that they will said to me your problem will be solved in 48 hr bur after 48 hr problem not solved but 175 Rs deduction my a/c without service.
