I am recharge our digital setup box of Airtel of Rs. 2500/- on15/07/2015 for 11 month recharge and 01 month free offer .so our account valid till 14/06/2016 but communicate from airtel that you setup box validity expired on 24/03/2016 so i launch complain on this day but communicate from airtel team that first you recharge Rs.350/- after your complain solve but till date no solution.Again i call to airtel customer care on 14/04/2016 and 15/04/2016 by complain No.MOH 50996593 but not resolve our complaint and finally disconnect our setup box by Airtel.Our cust ID for your ref is 3007145077.Its a case of CHEATING BY AIRTEL.so kindly help for justice.Mukesh Agrwal
