i had taken dth connection of airtel digital on 15.03.16. On 24.03.16 the set top box stopped working. I thought it was remote control problem so i registered complaint ref no. 50512364 & 50556786. On 26.03.16 their engineer came and checked remote control, he said that remote is working, but set top box is not working. so i registered complaint ref. no.50581809 (dt.26.03.16) & 50686426. They told me that they will replace the set top box as early as possible and before 31.03.16. On 31.03.16, when i called them they said that they will replace the box tomorrow. when there was no response by them on 01.04.16, so i called them, they again told me that they will replace the set top box tomorrow. we are fed up by their pathetic response. since 24.03.16 we could not see any TV programme. so i request you to do the needful

    I had purchase a DISH TV connection with offers for branded free shoes from Merchant CompareDTH.com
    It has been six months passed but still they have not delivered a free shoes which was to delivered after 15 days from the purchase of Dish TV Connection.
    However, this type of fraud is also a crime compared to criminals using stolen credit card information to buy goods and services.
    Kindly suggest how i can register a complaint against merchant comparedth.com
