Not changing the Package frm 3 months after giving the complain - Videocon d2h customer care

From 3 months back i am informing to Videocon d2h customer care to change my package to Gold lite. Always they are saying mam please recharge and call us and i do also but its take 18 days only . They are giving diffrent diffrent excuses like(u shouldnt recharge from shop, u should call after 13 days of rechagre like. My money is wasting . How the service is bad.
