I am facing frequent signal issues and calling customer care of Ortel Communications, Bhubaneswar daily basis but they are turning a deaf ear to these issues. So I applied for disconnection but they are not initiating it. I am sending e mails but they don't revert. For your information I am facing the issue from the date of installation and you can find many complaints registered with them from my side to resolve the signal issues.

I am a Consumer under ORTEL for several years, my Consumer no is 672314, but for last few days I unable to watch TV owing to NO SIGNAL . In this regard though complaint have lodge since last four days but no result. As a consequence I am deprived of watching CAR festival a d other entertainment programme.e now compelled me to think over either to continue with ORTEL or switch over to other service provider.
Furthermore for the last several weeks no Sony provided service is available resultely world cup goofball and nayak news is not availed.
So such a poor servic is really heart breaking.
Please do immediately for restoration of service.

I phone to ortel people and also told to the collection boy for disconnection. But no body responded. So, I disconnected the tv connection. This is for kind information. Thanks

I m facing ortel Singal issue frequently.After tired of calling customer care I requested them to cancel my connection.They are asking to submit the form and do all formalities at their office.
If I can able to get the connection by sitting at my home how logical it is to visit your office to disconnect it in this digitalized era.Completely senseless behaviour which creating unnecessary problems in many homes.
Neither service good or procedures are good.
