sir,

i have recharged my DishTV RCV (01514295561) on 13/08/2016 through "Mahapatra Travels, BBSR, Odisha-751012, Mob : 0-9937043727". Order ID is : EASY00393022432, Transaction ID is : PGTR00393022432, PGOrder ID is : DISH00000621466. But till date, my card is not activated.

I have contacted the DishTV customer care. But they did not anything and by tv is still de-activated.

So kindly look into the matter and suggest what we can do from our side.
