Hi,
this is sk salim having customer id-49917471.my account showing
insufficient balance.engineer visit on 18th june and change setup
box(repair setup box they provide to me) and take charges for set up
boox rs-300 and visit charges-rs 200,same problem occur again and
again.your engineer visit again and take visit charges Rs-200 and
change setup box as 3months warranty is there in free of cost on 28th
july ,now channel is not coming and error message come insufficient
balance.when i call to customer care they told me engineer visit and
setup box changes charges are deducted from your account.i want to
know after giving money to your agent than why you deduct money from
d2h account.regullarly i facing same issue.
