NO SERVICE, no engineer visit, after multiple escalation, Videocon D2H. In past 5 days I have called so any times to customer care for a remote and it is painful that every day a ticket gets opened and then it is closed for no reason. This is happening daily and i am not able to see TV at all. Customer id 18260571.
