Issue with comparedth.Com company advertising, Not delivered shoe

Sir, this compare dth. Com company advertising that it will give free shoe if you purchase a dth from its website. For this shoe you have to pay only courier charges Rs. 200 only. I paid it through online but since 2 month past but there is no sign of any delivery. By several times complain to the customer service i got only the courier no of professional courier only (NDA 3683945).
After tracking it shows only package delivered to hyderabad.

Pls help me and several people like me who are suffering from these fraud companies.
