Inspite paying advance subscription I cannot enjoy Cable TV, Due to
1. Technician are arrogant and not satisfying customers problems
2, At time of installation Box was checked. suggested to purchase
remote, which was purchased
3. On day of first visit of technician power was on setup box and now due to bad quality of box
box is stopped
4. technician was to visit after 5 minutes to check the problem, he never returned and
close the complaint with remark problem solved
5. How complaint is closed without cable TV
6.Your cable is also faulty as stated by technician
7. Hathway resolve the complaint nor refunded the advance subscription
8. Hathway is harassing consumers by selling digital boxes at high rates
