Complain about Videocon d2h customer Wrong deduction of subscription amount

Respected Sir,

This is with regards to the Videocon d2h customer id - 161470150. Yesterday evening (24th Dec, 2016), I called up Videocon d2h customer care and asked the customer care executive (Vinod) to upgrade my pack to Platinum HD 650/- per month.

He informed me that Platinum HD package is activated and due date for the same is 14th Jan 2016. Similarly I had received SMS and mail confirming that Pack us activated with subscription end date 14th Jan 2016.

Today morning I had received one more mail update saying subscription end date is on 09th Jan 2016. I called customer care number where they does not have any information and twice banged phone on my face. Really pathetic customer care.

Hence, I would request you to kindly take a look into this matter and see to it money deducted from my d2h balance.

    On Dec 22 ,2016 I had posted a letter and 1 Diarymilk Roasted Almond Cadbury inside an envelope from SP Maralur SO(572105).The letter has to posted in Pune in Shivajinagar (411016).My Courier Num was 'EK931766715IN'.

    After Reaching Pune that letter was been eaten by Rats or something other I don't know..The letter was fully damage and it was unable to read and the chocolate was also missing from that envelope. I packed and sealed that letter very nicely before hand overing it to the post office then how has this happened that the Chocolate was missing Nd the Letter was fully Damaged.They Charged Rs46 for sending this letter whose weight was 75 grams and this was what the people cared for my letter .
    Please Take Strict Action Again Them .I wasted my money in the Seed Post and I was being cheated by them . I request you to give me some amount of damarage money which was a loss for me and I suffered for that ,that to of their mistake.
