Complained about Unable to see some channels that I pay for like sony,sab,set max

I am not able to see channels like sony,sab,set max and many of those types.when i complained about it to company,they say we will fix this issue soon but they have not fixed from nearly a month.I have faced this problem many times.I think that They are not willing to let us see those channels but they are willing to earn money.They are making us fool.They keep on extending the date to fix that issue.I request you take action on this quickly.
