Hello Sir,
I am Mr.Choudhari - a dedicated customer of Hathway Digital TV for the past 10 years.
I reside in the area of Pimpri Chinchwad and am regularly facing issues with the Cable TV.
I have complained numerous times to the concerned person here, but have never received any update or service regarding the same.
It is with great regret that I have to inform you that such behaviour makes me lose faith in the current customer support you provide.
It has been 3 days that I am not able to view a single channel on my cable TV network and have raised several complaints.
