I hve a airtel digital connection and my customer id is 3006911737. their is no signal in my connection so i made complain and complain no.is 52939886 on 30 july. its being a week completed and no engineer had yet visted. after that i register a new complain and when i call a day after they said your complaint had automatically cancelled. i had recharge my account for 6 months so because of that i cant even change my account. now i want my recharge amount to be refunded. i m not willing to continue this service. plz resolve
