I had received massage from airtel that my account recharged up to 13th june2016 on 3rd april2016 at 18.08. Today my account suspended by airtel co due to insufficient balance. Without my permission thay charged for hd channel package. I purchased hd set top box somewhere in December 2015(before massage received on 3rd april16). Airtel co had no right to change my package without my consent. There for I am requesting you for helping me for compensation for mental harassment and refund my money invested in purchase of connection.
