Air tel DTH Demanding Service Charges Again

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Airtel DTH Consumer.My Airtel DTH connection had a tecnical problme from few days. I called to customer care. Customer care executive said that technician will come & solve my problem & take Rs 150/- service charges.
Technician came & solve my problem that time. but after few hour same day, same problem displayed again...Today, I called again Airtel Customer care, Ms Sejal received my call & she said that service charge will be pay again. My first complaint was logged only 3-4 days ago. Customer care executive said, if i dont pay service charge again than she could not log my complain & disconnect the phone their side.

I request to you, Kindly solve my problem.
