I have a Airtel digital tv connection my customer id is 3006911737. I have a no signal problem on 29 June I register a complain on 30 June my complain no.was 52939886. Its been a week now and no engineer had yet visited. every time I call them they ensure me that the promblem will be resolve but till now nothing had happen. On seeing all this I made a new complain, but day after I call them to known my complain status they said your complain is automatically cancelled
. Now I m not interested. In continuing this service and I made a 6 month recharge to my account which I want to be refunded. My recharge validity is till 30noc 2016
