Trackon courier service - Misbehavior and not delivered my parcel

I booked my notes on 23 August 2017 to deliver on mentioned address.
But till on 2nd September 2017 I could not find my parcel.
When I tracked my parcel what I found it was not out for delivery on 29 August.
On behalf of trackon office I got one contact no. Through which I can take follow up of my parcel. That person is known as "shukla ji" . I contacted shukla ji and asked my parcel status then he replied I have your parcel since last 2 days but I will deliver on Monday( mean after 3 days) . When I asked reason he replied I am at home (time was 3:30pm on 1st September)

Trackon company have taken 160 rupee advance to deliver on just after 2 to 3 days but they could not delivered after 10 days.
On that parcel important notes are there by which I need to submit my assignment on 11 September otherwise I will loose my one year study.
Please help me to come out from trouble.
