The product was supposed to reach at my place my today. the customer support has notified me the issue is dislocation of the address. but the issue is this is not the first time i am purchasing from nykaa..several times i have got delivered of products in the same given address. this is the second time delivery has failed and i have emergency to get the product in my hand as early as possible..the customer care is not responding while i am trying to call them. i am having serious with the policy of nykaa. it is becoming miserable to deal with this shopping site while at first i was the person who recommended everyone about this site..i want my product by tomorrow as it was a promise by the customer service .
