[5/11, 5:40 PM] ............: Very pathetic service in barasat. Being a both working family , we repeatedly told about the delivery dates and timing.
as per norms we have paid the amount 24 thousand, which is more than the down payment..
[5/11, 5:41 PM] ............: now my question is,we the people are out from barasat area,and there is no phone calls regarding their wrong commitment.
is this a service? or it is policy before billing?
[5/11, 5:44 PM] ............: before billing,they said,ibstalation can b done by night also.but when mt husband wanted to meer the manager from hridaypur grt eastern,they desperately said that the shop closed and the person, who deal with us,was not ready to receive any phone calls and information!
oh! this is very shameful. both working people please do not choose grt eastern,u hv to regret for that
