I MR GOPAL CHANDRA DUTTA HAS PURCHASED ONE VOLTAS AC OF 1.5 TON FROM KHOSLA ELECTRONICS PVT LTD KOLKATA , BAGUIHATI SHOWROOM VIDE INVOICE NUMBER 03524/1819/00523 DT 12/04/2018 AND MODEL NO 183 JY INDOOR 4551952B17FC14531, AFTER GETTING DELIVERY IT IS OBSERVED THAT A DAMAGED MACHINE WAS DELIVERED TO ME AND THERE WAS NO BRACKET SUPPLIED BY THE DEALER AS REPORTED BY THE TECHNICIANS FROM VOLTAS WHO VISITED FOR INSTALLATION. WHEN I TRIED TO MAKE CONTACT WITH THE DEALER OVER THE TELEPHONE ( NO 9874249767 AND 9830128196) SEVERALLY THERE WAS NO PROPER RESPONSE AT THEIR END AND AFTER A TIME GAP THEY DROPPED MY CALL .
IT’S VERY UNFORTUNATE FOR ME THAT THE COMPANY LIKE YOU DELIVERING THIS SHORT OF DAMAGED MACHINE COULD NOT BE EXPECTED AT ALL .
IN THIS REGARD YOU ARE REQUESTED TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER BY REPLACING THE MACHINE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE OR OTHER WISE IT WILL BE VIEWED VERY SERIOUSLY AT MY POINT THROUGH REPORT THE CONSUMER FORUM OR TO PUBLISH THAT MUCH OF UNPROFESSIONALISM THROUGH SOCIAL MEDIA .
