I bought a Sony home theatre RT-40 on 16.10.2017 and it was suppose to get delivered by 17.10.2017 and also they committed that my Home theatre will be installed on 17th Itself.
Sales executive Mr. SUMIT has no sens of talking to there customers and also he is so busy that he’ll not receive a call of customers too. Again yesterday he committed that my product will be delivered by 18.10.2017 1P.M
Again I’m trying to reach them but no one is responding to my phone calls.
