Distributor and HP Gas help line harassing LPG Customer

Dear Sir,l have booked my LPG gas IVRS system on 4th May 2017 but l am not get it on 22.05.2017.l am personally send a email to distributor and also try to contact HP GAS Helpline but no one received the call and no one is not send a feedback to me.l am astonished that complaint portal showing that invalid customer no. What is this l don't understand ,what kind of portal you have made.My consumer no. is 604935 respectively , why l suffer and how can your systems working l don't know .
