Deducting from main balance after recharge for Internet pack

Dear Sir / madam,

Freecharge ONLINE recharge successfully done of amount Rs.28 on date:08-05-2016 for Internet pack.But when started to access internet then Aircel deducting charges from my main balance account.It happens 3 times.Then after contacting with AIRCEL customer care no positive reply from them.But after checking data balance through online with the number *143*028# 2G data balance of 110MB available.Many arguments happen but no results from customer care.Now they block my number for not more to connect customer care.I am totally hopeless.Last day of expiry of recharge on dated:04-06-2016.Presently now I am in roaming at Raipur Chhattisgarh.

    As per our system you latched on other network ( Reliance MP ). It is not Home network.

    So balance got deducted at the time of access GPRS.

    No wrong charges was found.
