Tikona broadband complain, using the Tikona internet service for last two years

I ma using the Tikona internet service (consumer ID 1112410984 )for last two years. They are unable to provide me an uninterrupted connection.
For the last two years I have lodged the complain several times by email and by calling customer care.

They never take it seriously and provide interim solution so after few days the issue recur. This is being continued for last two years but the situation become worse in last month when the internet was dead for 3-4 days post which they sent engineer at my place after repeated try the connection is restored as per their statement but I am unable to check it as now the usage is exhausted.

So as to continue their connection I have asked them to wave off last month bill which they did not agree even after seeing the customer complaint more than 10 times in last one month.

I have decided not to pay the bill and fight a legal battle against them for their fraud service.

Please help me

    With regard to the above complain , I have atleast written Tikona dozen of e-mails describing the worse internet service.
    They every time begged to give them last chance to fix the issue. But every time they failed to fix the same. Eben their engineer himself admit that the wireless service cannot be provided uninterruptedly at my location. Knowing that when I sent tikona the final ultimatum to stop connection , then also they did not entertain and over the call thei senior help desk office gave me promises that I will be given some extended period of time within that their senior engineer would try to finally bind the APN to fix this fluctuation and for this period of time I do not need to pay any bill amount . If they still failed to solve the issue then they won't insist me for keeping this connection.
    But as expected this time also they were not able to solve issue , moreover the net was dead for two long days.
    Now they are harassing me to pay the last amount of bill which Tikona promised me that need not to be paid as it was exclusively their call to extend the service for few more days in order to solve them.
    Even their billing department everytime calling and harassing me for this payment. Also they have not terminated the connection and uninstalled the device from my rooftop.
    This is an utter non-sense and completely bluffing the Customer.
    Please take some necessary action.
    Also my earnest request to everyone ,not to use Tikona.
