Sir/ Madam

I have booked cylinder in the morning and I thought it would get deliver by afternoon , I have to leave for work around 2 pm . I thought it will come tomorrow morning. and the person who deliver the cylinders called and was shouting on me book kia cylinder ghar ni hai ghumne chala gya.

he should have talked in a polite way,
i requested him to deliver it tomorrow, he was not listening.

please its my humble request to tell them behave properly
