I have been purchased a freeze from Great Eastern Retail Pvt. Ltd. at near Dalhousie, Kolkata on 02.01.2022 vide order or bill number DLH/SO2122/16090 by online cash. But, it is not delivered till now. I visited to this office so many times. But, till now on confirmation is received for delivery of said item (freeze). Bill copy is attached for reference.
Therefore, kindly deliver the item immediately pls.
