NOT DELIVERED THE GAS AND PAYMENT NOT REFUND

Transfer from Job in the Month of November 2021 but due to some personal work in Kolkata i am willing to Stay in my home so i have booked a cylinder in the month of March and payment detail also attached with this mail. Unfortunately I am not available at this time.

My name is Anjan Sinha vide No 61282 transfer gas from Kolkata to Durgapur in the Month of May'22.

I have booked the consignment on dt 18-03-2022 Cylinder delivered in the Month of April as per your record unfortunately i do not receive the cylinder as i am not present in Kolkata in this month.

Delivery Person deposits the gas bill without any information to you as the customer is not present at the time of delivery.

When i transfered my gas I ask your delivery partner to kindly give me a cylinder or refund the amount which you deposit to your distributor. He says I will repay you very shortly. You have asked your delivery man regarding this matter.

Your delivery man delivered the gas from begining. Till date I have not received the amount.

Kindly do the needful at earliest.
