Since we entrusting for past years because your Services. Your delivery boy misbehaved to client(Receiver) because she didn't manage to pick the call During their Duty Time. If employees doing misbehaving everyday like yesterday how may clients entrusting your company. It is requested you from my Side to take action. Yours Sincerely.
