I am about to get parcel from DTDC bearing consignment no. K40650862 which contain food items, was about to deliver on 11th October,2022. But neither it was delivered not they have informed me.
They have taken charges of Rs.210/- for shipment, they have such a pathetic services that even half of the time customer care dont bother to response the call. I dont think the food will be in good condition. So I have bear shipping charges and also the cost of food which seems to be loss for me.
Please take an action against them as they are just a useless service provider.
