Regarding installation of 4 burners Gas stove

I bought a 4 burners gas stove through flip cart and requested for conversion for gas pipeline connection. Service engineer visited and installed the product. I paid the service charges for the same But the product is not working properly. I called the service engineer no. of times regarding same but nothing has been done. Kindly resolve the problem.
