We had 2 orders worth Rs 1917 each on 24-09-2020, the confirmation of the 1st order came, but the 2nd order confirmation didn't came but the amount was deducted from the bank account, and it isn't refunded till this date, when we call them they take hour's and hour's to get connected to their customer care, and even after getting connected they will not pay attention to the complaint, while we are explaining the complaint they cut off the call without even registering the complaint. And their customer care no is also charging money for the calls. And we also tried sending emails and there was no response for that too. This is really cheating, they do this on purpose because once we order their product they don't show it's details properly and they won't send a confirmation until you have ordered it again. Please anyone who wishes to buy from wonderchef, see to it that you use Cash on Delivery method of payment, or otherwise don't buy products from wonderchef, IT IS A FRAUD COMPANY.
