Non refund of unserviceable days

Customer Support Complaint Complaint Date: June 9, 2020
Youbroadband Service was unavailable for 21 days in my area due to faulty equipment. Their team also acknowledge that and registered a refund request. However it’s been 30 days no response and no update what happen to the request. I called many times but noone has any clarity.
