I serviced my scooter(access125 - MH02- CU-7674) on March 2019 to Dolphin Suzuki service center, Andheri Ghathkopar Link Road, Mumbai - 400072 . vide Invoice No. 2019/WB/465 DTD 20/04/2019, in servicing they wash scooter external except engine washing (refuse to wash engine due to company policy); Levy Labour charge for replacement of Tail Lamp without concern . also replace Air filter with out rubber packing due to which in rainy season I face starting problem and found water drop from Air filter box.
On 20/08/2019 went to service center for water leaked problem due to lack of rubber packing, they argue and refuse to re fixes air filter packing , that the way you treat a customer. Manager was least bothered about the feedback given by me
Suzuki has to stop such sub standard service center. if you required to be in the market. . I believe you will have a verification with the concerned service center. .threatened me to complaint where ever i can evenatcustomercare1@suzukimotorcycle.in.
But honestly telling two wheeler service is going for a toss.
I kindly request management to address this issue & take action immediately.
