Graduation Certificate issue, I called Monad university many times for my graduation certificate

I stay in Dubai, I called Monad university many times for my graduation certificate, i informed them that i wont be able to come and collect, please courier the same. They said they will not do anything and disconnect the phone every time. No one is helping out with the issues not even customer care services.
