Dear sir/madam,

I ordered vivo S1 from mobiwik on 23 August 2019. Order ID for this purchase is 1001160474. I received the parcel from courier office in kamothe on 4th September 2019. I opened the parcel in the courier office in presence of official person of courier service. When I opened the parcel I found that there are no accessories like charger adapter, user manual and earphone. This above-mentioned accessories were missing from the parcel.
Please provide those above-mentioned missing accessories as soon as possible.
Kindly do the needful. I am looking forward for your positive reply.
